A set down/pickup area, as well as disabled parking, is available at the main entrance of St Andrews Hospital. Unfortunately we are unable to provide onsite car parking for patients and relatives, however council parking is usually readily available opposite 341 South Terrace or on the streets surrounding the hospital.
Please note, the majority of parking spaces available are short term parking.
Taxis & Public Transport
Our staff will be able to call for a taxi if required at the completion of your consultation.
St Andrew’s Hospital also shares a phone link with two taxi services that provide a priority service. These phones are located opposite Reception, by the front door.
Buses make regular stops along Hutt Street. The closest stop (130meters) is STOP K1 Hutt Street ( East Side ) travelling from the city or STOP 03, which is on Hutt Road ( west side ), just before South Terrace, travelling to the City. Please contact Adelaide Metro on 8210 1000 between 7.00am and 8.00pm for the most up-to-date timetable information. The Adelaide City Council runs a free bus service, the “Adelaide Connector” around the inner city (including Hutt Street) several times daily. For enquiries telephone 08 8203 7203.
