Purpose-built facilities opposite the parklands in the Southeast corner of Adelaide provide a comforting environment for the comprehensive assessment and care of patients with surgical diseases of the breast, thyroid and parathyroid. The consulting rooms are in close proximity to the services of St Andrews Hospital, which also exclusively provides inpatient care for our patients.

St Andrew’s Hospital is a 207-bed private surgical hospital situated opposite Adelaide’s south parklands. It houses nine state-of-the-art operating theatre suites, an 18-bed Critical Care Unit, an up-to-date Emergency Department plus two procedure rooms, an Angiography Suite, a Day Patient Suite and arguably South Australia’s most comprehensive private cancer-care facility. This multidisciplinary service provides specialist knowledge in the fields of breast imaging, diagnosis and treatment – all within one private area adjacent to the main Hospital entrance.”

- high-resolution ultrasound
- MRI
- nuclear medicine
- CT

- attend to patient’s medical needs in the shortest possible time

A specialist Breast Care Nurse is available to offer counseling if required..
St Andrews Hospital Acute Assessment Unit
The vast majority of patients undergoing treatment will not require acute assessment or emergency care. However, it is reassuring to know that the Adelaide Breast Surgical Centre And Adelaide Parathyroid And Surgical centre is closely affiliated with St Andrews Hospital and able to call on the resources of the acute assessment for acute referrals or unexpected afterhours attendances.
